It's of slightly ironic that people like Ste are exactly the people we 
are trying to welcome onto the list as a result of this thread.
While I share the general consensus about web forums vs mailing lists, I 
think that perhaps explaining gently to those who may not immediately 
have grasped the advantages of mailing lists.
