Prima di proseguire con la revisione devo chiedere su questo:

"There are many resources available for obtaining help for free

A me pare che "commercial software" sia un errore. Questo articolo fu
scritto nel 2001 da qualche webmaster secondo me sprovveduto.
"Commercial software" non e' l'opposto di "free software". Infatti anche
il software libero puo' essere commerciale. Da quanto si legge in
https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/categories.html#commercialSoftware

"“Commercial” and “proprietary” are not the same! Commercial software is
software developed by a business as part of its business. Most
commercial software is proprietary, but there is commercial free
software, and there is noncommercial nonfree software."

Chiedo e vi faccio sapere.

Intanto mi dite qualcosa sul titolo?
