Oh, I definitely think a face to face meeting is best remedy, or a few around 
the country if there are enough people to make that work to avoid it being the 
usual London-centric issue. But even at that meeting the discussion will be: 
what should the AFFS be doing? It can't just be there to maintain contacts with 
other organisations, so some idea of concrete purposes that the community needs 
from the AFFS would help focus the face to face discussion.
