i doubt that. ok - its easy but you have to read the code and i know
what i had on my mind as i first saw caml-code....
a better example would be the emule mods that try to steal user
hashes. im with mldonkey (and ocaml) since v1 and i dont know how to
do that....in c this is a 5-minute-task....

i thing this was not intened by mldonkey (the programmer). and i agree
with you. but its a problem for *both*, the useful coder and the
script-kiddie. so in the end all kiddies leave and try to "hack" emule.
there are so many emule-mods out there...but try to find a
mldonkey-mod or -patch like this....(i just tried and i could not even
find *one*)

i know i know....i first heard about ocaml at least 7 jears ago. but
mldonkey is the first caml application i know....
and by *new* i did not mean ocaml as a new but as an additional
language to learn

well...hes not programming mldonkey for quite some time now but hes still
active in the project. i count on the other programmers like simon...
