As you are not, nor have ever been a member, who is it you are referring to 
as 'we'.

One of the apparently three remaining members wishes having been contacted 
by one of the others, to contact the remaining one, in order that the 
future of the AFFS can be decided, all that is needed is the last known 
address of that member and the bank may very well, for a charge forward, 
notification to him or her!
