Even more ideally, not revised. I don't see why the election method
would have to change if we passed the amendment; it's just not that
different (although the vote inspection requirement is extra work), we
could have rules which work equally well under both. The constitution
deliberately doesn't define the precise voting method, so we do need
something.

I would mold the choice of returning officer on the rules in my
amendment, and preferably we would publish the vote results somehow. But
yeah, looks good.
