Can the green-backed sections have some non-colour formatting added

For one, I am surprised at the number of bugs. Some of this is because 
we maybe got some choices a little wrong in combination and some 
because the standing orders have never been completed, but some are 
just plain bugs as far as I can tell. It would be great for some to be 
fixed, so we need enough people to turn up to the AGM.
