Follow-up Comment #50, bug #59546 (project octave):

Inspecting the logs a little better, it turns out that Octave was built
without GUI. IIRC, it must be compiled with GUI to build the tarball.
It looks like it didn't detect the Qt5Svg module.

CC'ing jwe: Could you please install `libqt5svg5-dev` on your buildbots? We
currently need that for building the GUI.
IIUC, Pantxo is working on a change that will remove that requirement again.
But it might be good to have the buildbots running again sooner.
