Most of my LowIDs are connected for about 2 minutes. Because they get
sent about 2400 bytes each time, this is not surprising to me. Something
has to be done about the problem, where mldonkey does not know, why a
LowID client connects and has to ask the whole lot of files in download.

I tinkered a bit with those values and even with max_clients_per_second
at 20, max_opened_connections=150 seems to work best for my line.
