Agree with the legal opinion.  PCG, who I just mentioned in another
post, accepted contributions to a `legal fund' in order to seek a
Judicial Review of `IR35', a recent piece of government legislation.
In some manner or other they have `wrapped' this so it is separated
from their other monies.  One option they've considered is if there is
money left in it at the end of the day they return it in proportion to
the donation given.
