One can change the UNIX name once every 6 month and it takes 48hours:
"Project rename requests are a non-reversible action, and you may only
request a project rename operation once every six (6) months. This
action will be carried out within fourty-eight (48) hours"

I could chage the "header name" for something less confusing. Any
quick suggestion for that? Maybe just remove the C(AVR Library)? Or
maybe core set?

Yes it is confusing with the avr-libc name and I'm sorry about that
confusion. I'm pretty sure that picking anyother name would have raise
"yet another" issue (if you get my point).

Since there quite few things that we already started discussing in
that one big thread(project name, coding convention, interrupts in
library or not, etc), I took the liberty to have a place to discuss
that out of the avr-libc mailing list.
