well first and foremost thank you for your personalized response. I have
changed my PHP.ini setting similar to yours , and am glad to say I have no
problems either. IT WORKS!

on of the only thing that annoys me (nothing to do with you) is the fact
that I had been trying to get help on this issue for like 3 days on the
Brandon and Mapleman board (and no one seemed to know anything.
Once you went out of your way to help me with my problem ,Brandon backlashed
with a verbal thrashing, tell how "easy both those issues are to fix" and
yet he never once tried to until you spoke up. Thank you for all your help
!!
