I'm not trying to defend myself, as I don't think that
I have anything to defend against.  The 'well it's
free' argument is 100% correct.  If I sold phptest to
people, I would ensure that I provided excellent
support for whoever bought it.  But I don't, so you
really shouldn't expect any support of me at all. 
That said, I do try to help out, and the reason I
replied to TW's messageboard post was because I
disagreed with a few things that he said.  If I don't
reply to an email or to a messageboard post, it is
most likely because I have no idea why you're having a
particular problem.  Don't take it personally.
