Either remove your .speech-dispacher directory or change the ownership to your normal user:

sudo chown -R hendrix.hendrix /home/hendrix/.speech-dispatcher

 Except from the speech i can't upload ap code for stm32 as a regular user but i can upload ap code perfecty to the LPCs
It is probably something simple but i am not an Ubuntu guru :-[
