Hi Tobias.
What type of autopilot you use and on what uart number it is connected?
In the ubx module c file there is a piece of code that looks strange:

If you use a Lisa then you could be using UART3 as i do ( i use Uart2 
for modem)
In any case i requested the manual for this chipset from ublox because 
ublox does not have it publicaly available.
