I had a similar problem with only a very few sources per file so I
unpaused more files. after having it run over night i have:

Queue[Good Clients]: 597 sources
Queue[Ready Sources]: 30165 sources
Queue[Waiting Sources 0]: 607 sources
Queue[Waiting Sources 1]: 3 sources
Queue[Waiting Sources 2]: 3 sources
  Outside of queues: 136 sources
Positive/Negative: 31227/284
NotFound/Found/Chunk/Upload: 47/3100/1095/11

Ranks:  212[550] 1[1] 0[2] 4[7] 0[3] 3[7] 4[4] 4[6] 0[6] 0[4]
Removed Sources (on 230833): useless 22126/old 0/too old 177196
  Connected last 211 seconds[previous 10 minutes]: 410[1166]
     Good clients: 195[532]
     Good sources: 13[45]
     New sources: 52/2896[450/6913]
     Old sources: 150[139]

Download fluctuates between 5-40 KB/s but mldonkey has to compete
against some fast ftp downloads (which fill up any remaining
bandwith). Connections fluctuate between 250 and 300 and I have
clients_per_second=2.

My min_sources_per_file is 100 and max is 1000. Hardly any file comes
close to 100.


Before adding all the files the download was much lower even without
competing ftps.
