Yes, for 3 or 5 quad system we just need to change the size of arrays and make
a few modifications. We can define a loop for that for generality later. But
we cannot make a general function for hash-code formation. We can talk about
that possobility.

The implementation of remaining functions for kd-tree will be done and tested
soon.
