Same on windows, hiding and then showing works though.

Move the cursor to the center of the window explicitly. The large
jumps still occur, but very rarely. Frankly, I have no idea what still
causes them.

I changed this in an attempt to get rid of the annoying sound effects
when many small collisions occur at once, but this is now handled in the
sound engine. Therefore: Fixed.
