yes, you need to turn polymetric staffs on, and it must be with the
current version of that command - the very first version that I created
allowed simultaneous conflicting time signatures but not barlines. That
was in the sources for a couple of days, then you asked about barlines
and I updated it to allow conflicting barlines too.
If you have the old version turn them off then on again (using the
latest build).
