My comment was a bit tongue-in-cheek. The main problem seems to be
follow-through: willing to see that the software is completed and
debugged into a usable piece of software. This usually takes a certain
amount of commitment to the project. This is what seems to be lacking
the most. A lot of people talk about what it should, or shouldn't
contain, but not many people seem to be willing to help code it up.
