Okay, I took the time to test some of that stations.
And my impression is that on most stations the Ogg stream
is hard to find. And often they are even hard to use.

Some unfortunately have ogg as their fallback choice, for 
those who cannot play MP3. So you get the impression, as if
ogg was an inferior solution, which it definitly isn't!

>From what I've seen so far I think Deutschlandfunk can be used 
as a best-practice example. They even have several vorbis streams
in different qualities, so it can be used even with slow modems.
Unfortunatly there Ogg Vorbis is also just one format among 
proprietary formats, but they have a separate web-page for it:

It is in german language.
