Lo avevo già detto ma ripeto.

Le citazioni dirette al testo della GPLv3 sono state lasciate in inglese
perché fanno appunto riferimento al testo della licenza, non ha senso
tradurle se poi non si può avere un riscontro. La risposta spiega il
significato in dettaglio, ma se proprio si vuole si potrebbe aggiungere
una traduzione in italiano tra parentesi. Ciò non toglie che il testo in
inglese secondo me debba rimanere.
