This is a nonsensical argument. Leechers existed even before emule when there 
was no public client code and even mldonkey had secret parts. Now there is
emule and every half-witted mod can remove upload. Public server specs would
make leeching not one bit easier, but would help the network because of far
less incorrect implementations, which really hurt the network. But then there
is the danger that Lugdunum-jerk would become unnecessary. I am sure this
is it what ego-man could not stand.
