Contrary to all previous versions of mldonkey, versions 2-02-7/8/9 reject
sources who claim they have not the file you want. Formerly, the
NoSuchFile message was ignored, but not anymore. Moreover, mldonkey
itself sends this message when a request asks for a file that is not
shared. The result is that many sources are removed when mldonkey
discovers they are not sharing the file anymore. For the bad download
rates, the source management system is the only part which might be
responsible for the problem, and we plan to test a new system soon,
and maybe give an option to choose at runtime which system you want to
use :)
