100% agree. For people residing in the United States at least, once 'your'  
data moves to someone else's computer you have zero fourth amendment legal  
protections against search and seizure due to the 'third party doctrine'.

Furthermore centralizing all our data in data centers destroys  
decentralization and creates choke points & convenient loci of control for  
the control-freaks.
