You're correct as far as I know. My problem was that I
knew that AquaTerm was going to be part of the
installation and did not want X11 nor X-free86. That
was not explained and cost me an aborted installation
taking about 5 hours and a successful installation
taking about 3 hours (from source but that was my
mistake).
