No. Re-read the GPLv3 licence. There is something about patent exactly
for that purpose. Re-read especially paragraph 11.

The other option is if the sole copyright owner of the code would agree
to redistribute under a license that is not the GPLv3 and attach to this
redistribution (likely binary) a license for the patents. But this would
no longer be Free Software.
