I'd like to get an announcement out about the dates for the GHM itself.  

I think you previously mentioned making it the week before the FSCONS
event (FSCONS is 13-15 november 2009 according to fscons.org)-- so the
GHM would be Mon 9 Nov - Thu 12 Nov.

Are you happy to go with that?

If so, I will post a short announcement to the gnu-prog mailing list
giving those dates and the general location, and say that further
information about registering will follow nearer the time.
