What on earth makes you think that? The University uses Windows on
almost all of its student machines, and even the computer science ones
dual-boot and the undergraduates often grumble about being forced to use
"Unix". Also, I suspect where free software is used, it's done for lower
cost or technical superiority reasons rather than the ethics which
Stallman will be talking about.
