Actually, there is a third method. You can create extra staffs with
Mirrored Music. That is the music on these staffs is just taken from the
staff that it mirrors. These extra staffs can all be given the same part
name, and so with the cursor on one of them clicking the Part button in
the Print View will typeset just those.
In order to *not* print these mirrored parts with any other layouts you
would need to mark them as non-printing, and they make that non-printing
directive conditional using the Staff Properties Editor - you would
select the condition "Only for the Part xxx layout", where xxx is the
part name you chose for these staffs.
You would probably want to hide these mirror-staffs in the Denemo
Display/Edit window using Staffs/Voices->Display Effects->Staff Hidden.
(This is because you have will never actually put/edit any music in
these staffs, just position the cursor on one when you want to typeset
the part).
