Hi All CERTI users and developers,

I should be releasing a CERTI 3.3.3 release during this week.
For those who have commit right, please do not commit anything
without telling me before.

I only plan to add a single bug fix before releasing.
(this one: https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?27595)

Since 3.3.2,
We received a bunch of great patches [mainly from Mathias Frölich, thank to him]
We did fix a series of bugs.

Some important changes are underway that "may" break binary compatibilty
for post 3.3.3 release.
That's why I want to release 3.3.3 then open a 3.3.x maintenance branch and
then go on towards 3.4.0 on HEAD.

More detail on the forthcoming changes after the release.
I would like CERTI user to thoroughly test current CVS HEAD if they can
in order to ensure that the forthcoming release does not break their
applications.
We do now run our "HLA_TestsSuite" which is far better than before, but
this is not near a perfect regression suite.
