The gawk-3.1.6.pot is identical to the gawk-3.1.5h.pot file, which 
is why 3.1.6 hasn't been announced to the translators.  You can 
simply update the gawk-3.1.5h.ja.po file and then upload that.

But since it's been nearly two months since the announcement of 
3.1.5h and Aharon said there won't be another release real soon, 
I'll announce gawk-3.1.6 anyway.  It'll be a nice reminder.  Wait 
for it, then update gawk-3.1.6.ja.po.
