I admit that this was handled poorly. The FSF advised me to change
the translation files on this message, and on all the ones where I
could identify the "2" and change it to "3", I did. Clearly I
wasn't able to change the 2 on this one.
I am sorry for the confusion. I will sync the translations as soon
as I have more stuff to put in the CVS archive. I don't know when
there'll be another release.
