The only person I keep seeing mentioned with credit for writing syncmail
is Barry Warsaw.
He has a website at http://www.wooz.org/users/barry/ and on his page he
uses the term "Free Software" and is an Emacs hacker.
I have emailed him at address@hidden asking about the license for
syncmail. I will keep you posted.
