Hello,

I've searched the mailing list archives, and not found anyone with this
problem. Hopefully, someone can provide me with a hint or workaround.

In short, I wish to burn 4+ GB to a DVD-R, but have to contend with the
Linux 2GB file-size limit. Unfortunately, I cannot burn a multi-file
image (created w/ 'mkisofs -split-output'); attempts to do so burn the
first image, and then produce the following error:

------------------------------------------8<--------------------------------

-----------------------------------------8<---------------------------------

I am able to burn and mount sub-2GB images with no problems.

Comments:
--------

-- Behavior is the same with either DVD-R or DVD-RW.
-- Behavior is the same with or without -dummy
-- Why am I using RH 6.2? To support legacy applications, of course...
