2.1 GNU Project 为什么不是项目？如果是怕跟 Program 撞车的话将后者翻译成程序即可。关于“工程”的历史记录在哪里吗？
2.2 新增 Permissive -> 纵容。见 permissive 的英文维基百科和维基词典条目，以及我下面知乎的链接。
3. 建议在翻译词典旁加一览链接引用讨论结果。
4. 在知乎发了广告欢迎转发
