Follow-up Comment #34:

The new pre-processor variable was called
OCTAVE_HAVE_STD_PMR_POLYMORPHIC_ALLOCATOR in some places and
HAVE_STD_PMR_POLYMORPHIC_ALLOCATOR in others. Since this is facing to the
public, I figured it might be best calling it
OCTAVE_HAVE_STD_PMR_POLYMORPHIC_ALLOCATOR everywhere:
