Follow-up Comment #41, bug #61472 (project octave):

If explicit instantiation is an issue, then maybe we should try to fix the
Array class so that it may be instantiated as needed.  Then, even if Octave
uses Array<T,std::pmr::polymporphic_allocator<T>> internally,
Array<T,std::allocator<T>> should be instantiated if it is used.
