Follow-up Comment #44, bug #61472 (project octave):

Maybe I'm misunderstanding. But aren't the Array-*.cc files in liboctave/array
mainly for specializations of the Array<T, ..> template for different types?
Wouldn't we need to convert all of these to headers if we'd like to
instantiate these types "on-the-fly"?
