Follow-up Comment #25, bug #61472 (project octave):

If currently C++17 cannot be adopted there are multiple polymorphic allocator
implementations on web compatible with C++11 including:

1. https://github.com/phalpern/CppCon2017Code

It's Author proposed polymorphic allocators to standard.
