Details:

This bug report is for updating the translation of the gui for the upcoming
release 7.1.0. I have pushed changeset
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/e032e75a8871 where missing or
changed strings from the gui are added to the translation files.

Please upload the completed translation files (*.ts) in this bug report.
