With that rev, monotone-viz builds fine on my Debian/testing box and
passes a smoke test.

I get the following set of lintian warnings:

The one error and the duplicate debhelper B-D seemed simple to fix, so I
did that in 0d99d764defcc7ed35002fecb942a0715e1f56be.

I'm not quite sure about
"package-needs-versioned-debhelper-build-depends 9". debian/compat
states 9, debian/control says:
"debhelper (>= 7)".

I'd also appreciate if the changelog would fit 80 columns. Not sure if
that's required by the policy or not, though.
