'Banned' above means clients you've banned, not clients that have banned you, I believe.
I was previously using 2.02-17 and after 2 days running, the average download rate was about 6kb/s.
Download rate means nothing, I wish people would stop fixating on how many kb/sec they get with each release. There are so many factors involved. Look at how your client interacts with other sources and such.
About sources "disappearing", could it be because of a too-early reasking?
No, I get this when I've had my client turned off for hours, and for new files I've just added to my queue(ie, clients I've never communicated with before.)
