'Banned' above means clients you've banned, not clients that have 
banned you, I believe.

Download rate means nothing, I wish people would stop fixating on how 
many kb/sec they get with each release.  There are so many factors 
involved.  Look at how your client interacts with other sources and 
such.

No, I get this when I've had my client turned off for hours, and for 
new files I've just added to my queue(ie, clients I've never 
communicated with before.)
