Yes, er, well. I would have wondered if I'd read the docs properly :)

There is a fix for the windres segfault that may make it into the next
binutils release:

Otherwise, the rest of mingw-cross-env is mostly building. Xerces was
failing, but I think that's because I was playing with autotools
versions. If the fix goes in, and binutils 2.20.1 is released before
the next mingw-cross-env release, it should work as expected.
