Correct me if I misunderstand this, but I think these two ids
wxART_ABOUT
wxART_PREFERENCES
aren't defined, so I replaced them with raw icon names in XRC files.
BTW, on 20081004T1347Z I also replaced string translation from wxART
ids to PNG names with a lookup table, in order to get explicit control
over the icon names.
