[lmi] xsl changes in cvs HEAD

Evgeniy,

We've finally been able to focus our attention on the 
*.xsl changes you've committed to cvs since our last 
tagged release. We've noticed the font size in the 
pdf's is much larger than it was, which now causes 
all column numbers to overflow to the next column. 
You can observe the differences by using these 
commands:

  Alt | F | N | I | OK 
  Alt | F | v

with the tagged release 'lmi-20070625T1908Z' and cvs
HEAD. Could you please fix this?
