Can you link APSLv2 stuff with BSD stuff ?
Can you later link GPL stuff with BSD stuff - the BSD stuff being
the insulator between APSLv2 and GPL ?
This concept of "insulator" is a misunderstanding of the issue. The
GPL governs the entire combination of modules that are combined into
one program.
The APSL2 is incompatible with the GPL, so linking that code together
with GPL-covered code violates the GPL unless some exception permits
it.
