No, it should be octave/config.h, and the config.h file should be
installed in $octincludedir/octave, not just $octincludedir. There
are a couple of other files that ended up in the wrong directory too.
Fixed in the CVS archive now, so it should also be fixed in the next
bleeding-edge tar file.
