On the other hand, I'm not aware that Windows allows anything even remotely
like Grub. In fact, I think that the "easy to use" Windows bootloader only
boots Windows and doesn't even acknowledge the existence of anything else. I
don't think it even allows you to choose which installation of multiple Windows
you get to boot.
That's common across Windows - all very pretty, but very limiting. To do
anything of any real "meat" means installing ... things like PowerShell to get
command line tools.
