pr-mail and gnatsd MLPR?

i couldn't get pr-mail to work in an external reminder script, then
found that it used a gnatsd command called MLPR.  i can't find this
anywhere in the cvs source or docs (even though it is in the
changelog).  is this an upcoming feature?

i can get around it by launching an external mail agent of course, but i
thought i'd check on the status of this anyway.
